Below are a few common questions we're asked about our products.

Q:  Do you all use isolate, broad spectrum, or full spectrum CBD?

A: We use USDA certified organic full spectrum CBD oil from a GMP certified facility in Oregon. COA available by request.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders ship out same day and we utilize USPS 2-3 day priority mail. If items you ordered have not been made yet there is usually a 24 hour processing time to create, cure and package your products. 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs range from $8.30 to $20.00. We charge a flat rate $10.00 fee for shipping. 

Q: Is your CBD organic?

A: Yes, we offer USDA Certified Organic, GMP certified hemp CBD. We also offer non organic CBD from a local retailer for those who do not wish to pay the premium for certified organic CBD. 

Q: Is there any weed in your products?

A: All of our CBD products contain 100% hemp derived CBD meaning by federal law there can only be 0.3% THC or less (untraceable amount) in the hemp the oil is extracted from. CBD does not offer the psychoactive effects of THC. None of our products will get you high. 

Q: Do you have to be 21 or older to purchase CBD?

A:  Hemp-based CBD available in health stores, food markets and online does not have either an upper or lower age limit. Several states have signed bills into law allowing for the use of CBD extract and often for the treatment of epilepsy or seizures in seriously ill children. 

Q: What type of CBD extraction method is used for your products?

A: CO2 extraction.

Q: Are your products gentle enough for sensitive skin?

A: We use natural ingredients and with the exception of any preexisting allergies to our essential oils or other ingredients, our products are gentle enough for sensitive skin types and everyday use. Even the natural mica powders we use are FDA approved for use all over the body. 

Q: Why do you use essential oils instead of fragrances?

A: Studies have long shown that essential oils have their own unique smells and potential health benefits. Essential oils are pure plant extracts used for healing where as fragrance oils are synthetically made chemical scent compounds.
